Processing Time
All orders are handmade within 1–2 business days of receiving the order information (including photo uploads) and payment, then shipped.

Shipping Rates
We offer $4.99 flat-rate shipping to the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days of being shipped depending on location.

Local Pickup 
When available, local pickup instructions will be sent by email after checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in transit, delays by USPS are outside our control — but we’re happy to help track shipments whenever possible.
