📦 Ordering/Uploads FAQ

How long does it take to make my order?  Orders are created within 1-2 days of both payment and photos being received, then shipped!

Can I upload my own photos?  Absolutely! You’ll upload your images before adding your item to the cart. Just be sure the number of photos matches the set you selected (for example, a set of 9 requires 9 images).  Tip: High-resolution, well-lit photos work best for clear, vibrant magnets and buttons.

What if I want multiple magnets or buttons with the same photo?  Great idea — especially for gifts! Simply upload the same photo multiple times. For example, if you choose a set of 9 and want 3 identical magnets, upload that same image 3 times and then upload 6 different ones.

What if I upload the wrong number of photos?  No problem — but it will delay processing. If the number of uploads doesn’t match your set (for example, you upload only 7 images for a set of 9), we’ll reach out via email to confirm which photo(s) you want duplicated, and production will pause until we hear back.

What if I want to change photos after my order is placed?  Contact us as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email.  Please attach all of the photos you'd like to see in your order, including the updated ones.  If we haven't started making your order yet, we're happy to make the swap!

What happens to my photos after you make my products? Your privacy is important to us! We securely store your uploaded photos while creating your custom magnets and buttons. Once your order is delivered, we keep your photos for 7 days to accommodate our 5-day return/issue reporting window. After that, all photos are permanently deleted from our system. We never share, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. Your memories are yours alone.

Is shipping free?  At this time, shipping is paid for by the customer but it's a flat rate no matter how many items you get in an order!

How long does it take to get my order once it's been shipped?  Most orders arrive within 2-6 business days of being shipped, depending on the location (we ship from Arizona).

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?  At this time, we ship within the continental U.S. only but may add other shipping to other areas in the future.

Do you accept returns?  Because these are personalized items, returns are not available.  They are quality checked before shipping but please contact us right away if there’s an issue and we’ll make it right.

📊 Bulk Orders FAQ

Do you offer bulk or team orders?  Yes! We’re happy to offer bulk pricing for teams, clubs, schools, businesses, and special events. Just reach out through our Contact page with the quantity you need, your deadline, and any notes about your photos or design preferences. We’ll reply with a custom quote and turnaround time. (Please note: bulk order discounts must be arranged before placing an order.)

What counts as a bulk order?  Any order of 19 or more items (magnets, buttons, or a mix) qualifies for bulk pricing. If you’re not sure whether your order applies, send us a quick message — we’re happy to help!
How long do bulk orders take?  Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and schedule. We’ll provide a timeline along with your quote before you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?  Yes! All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

When will I be charged?  Your payment method is charged when you place your order.
