Refund policy

Because each item is made-to-order, all sales are final. However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Your magnets are quality checked before shipping but if your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund.

To report an issue:
Use our Contact page and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the damage or misprint

Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund right away. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post it.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders reported after 5 days of delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided at checkout (such as wrong photo, name spelling, or address)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery
